Method
- Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a large bowl, toss oyster crackers with melted butter until fully coated.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning and Parmesan over the crackers and toss again.
- Spread the coated crackers in an even layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly golden and crisp.
- Cool completely before serving or storing in airtight containers.
