Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups diced mango
  • 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1.5 cups grapes or blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans or almonds
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Combine strawberries, mango, kiwi, grapes or blueberries, and pineapple in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a separate bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
  4. Add toasted coconut, nuts, and mini marshmallows. Fold in gently.
  5. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
