- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- Melt sweetened condensed milk and butterscotch chips in a saucepan or microwave until smooth and glossy.
- Fold in crisp rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
- Chill 1 hour or until firm. Lift out and slice into bars.
