Ingredients
  

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 2 cups butterscotch chips
  • 4 cups crisp rice cereal

Method
 

  1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt sweetened condensed milk and butterscotch chips in a saucepan or microwave until smooth and glossy.
  3. Fold in crisp rice cereal until evenly coated.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
  5. Chill 1 hour or until firm. Lift out and slice into bars.
