- Rinse cranberries and strawberries. Pulse in a food processor until finely chopped but not pureed.
- Combine fruit with orange juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg in a large pot. Bring to a gentle boil.
- Stir in pectin and bring to a rolling boil. Add sugar gradually and boil hard for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat, skim foam, and ladle into sterilized jars. Seal and process in a water bath for 10 minutes or refrigerate for immediate use.

Notes
For stronger spice flavor, increase cinnamon or add a pinch of cardamom or ginger. The jam deepens in flavor after a few days of resting.
