A simple, cheesy, crowd-pleasing ravioli lasagna made with only four ingredients and ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cheese ravioli, fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 lb Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Equipment

  • Baking dish
  • Skillet
  • Foil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish and spread a thin layer of marinara on the bottom.
  2. Arrange a layer of uncooked ravioli in the dish. Spoon sausage and marinara over the top.
  3. Repeat layers until ingredients are used. Top with shredded mozzarella.
  4. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5–10 minutes more, until cheese is golden and bubbling.
  5. Let rest 5 minutes before serving to allow layers to set.

Notes

Use frozen or fresh ravioli. Cover while baking to prevent drying, then uncover to brown the cheese.
