Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place an empty baking sheet in the oven while heating.
  2. Cut cauliflower into even florets, keeping one flat side on each piece.
  3. Toss florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread florets on the hot baking sheet in a single layer, flat side down. Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping once halfway.
  5. In final 5 minutes, sprinkle Parmesan over florets if using. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes
