Ingredients
  

  • 4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can Rotel, drained
  • 1/2 medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-2 jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Combine chopped Roma tomatoes and drained Rotel in a bowl.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and diced jalapeños.
  3. Stir in cilantro, lime juice, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix well and adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Chill 15–30 minutes before serving.
