Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb imitation crab, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup red onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine imitation crab, celery, corn, and red onion in a bowl.
  2. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon, Old Bay, garlic powder, and dill.
  3. Pour dressing over seafood mixture and toss gently.
  4. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Season to taste and serve chilled.
