Ingredients
  

  • 6 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz egg noodles

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil and butter until golden. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic and onion in the same skillet until fragrant.
  4. Stir in flour, then add chicken broth and simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Add cream, Parmesan, and seasoning. Simmer gently.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer until cooked through.
  7. Cook egg noodles according to package directions and serve with chicken and sauce.
