Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tube French bread dough
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Cook ground beef and onion until browned; drain excess grease.
  3. Roll dough into a 12×18-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
  4. Spread ketchup and mustard evenly over the dough.
  5. Add beef, bacon, pickles, and cheese evenly.
  6. Roll dough tightly into a log and seal the seam.
  7. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake until golden.
