Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)

Method
 

  1. Whisk melted butter and sugar until glossy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in cocoa powder, flour, and salt gently.
  4. Bake in a lined pan until set but still soft.
  5. Cool completely, then slice into bars.
  6. Dip each bar into melted chocolate and place on parchment.
  7. Chill until chocolate is set before serving.
