Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raisins or chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in raisins or chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake until edges are golden.
