Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x5 loaf pan.
  2. Whisk flour, cocoa, sugars, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add eggs, melted butter, oil, vanilla, and milk; stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Cool and serve warm or at room temperature.
