- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease and flour a 9-inch pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and beat until light, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk until combined.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool before removing from pan and slicing.
