Ingredients
  

  • 16 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz crab meat, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Clean mushrooms, remove stems, brush with oil, and season lightly.
  2. Mix crab meat, cream cheese, cheeses, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill mushroom caps generously with the crab mixture.
  4. Top lightly with extra shredded cheese.
  5. Bake at 375°F until golden and tender.
  6. Cool slightly, garnish, and serve.
