For the Topping
  • 1 cup Strawberries Hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries Rinsed and dried
  • 1 cup Raspberries Handled gently
  • 1 cup Blackberries Placed carefully
  • 1 medium Kiwi Peeled and sliced

Method
 

Preparation and Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together softened butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add in the egg and vanilla, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl and combine into wet mixture.
  5. Roll dough into a 12-inch circle, transfer to baking sheet, and bake for 13-15 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
Frosting and Assembly
  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Spread frosting over cooled crust, leaving a ½-inch border.
  3. Arrange fruits on top, pressing gently to secure them.
  4. Chill in fridge if not serving immediately.
