Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 1/2 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 12 oz fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Place sausage, potatoes, and green beans on the baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season evenly.
  4. Roast for 25 minutes, then toss gently.
  5. Return to oven and roast until potatoes are tender and sausage is caramelized.
  6. Serve warm with optional lemon or herbs.
