Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 oz white chocolate, melted (optional)

Method
 

  1. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into lined muffin tin and chill.
  2. Whip cream to stiff peaks and set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Mix in melted white chocolate if using.
  5. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pipe filling onto crusts and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  7. Decorate before serving with desired toppings.
