Ingredients
  

  • 48 Ritz crackers
  • 8 slices deli ham, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese, halved or quartered
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp dried minced onion

Method
 

  1. Lay out 24 Ritz crackers and top each with ham and Swiss cheese.
  2. Top with the remaining crackers to form mini sandwiches.
  3. Whisk melted butter, Dijon, Worcestershire, garlic powder, poppy seeds, and minced onion to make the glaze.
  4. Brush the glaze generously onto the top cracker of each sandwich.
  5. Air fry at 350°F for 6–7 minutes until golden and melty.
  6. Let cool briefly before serving warm.
