Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup crushed cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 11 oz caramel candies
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Mix pretzels, cookies, butter, and brown sugar. Press into lined pan and chill.
  2. Melt caramel with cream until smooth. Stir in sea salt.
  3. Pour caramel over crust and chill briefly.
  4. Melt chocolate with butter and spread over caramel.
  5. Chill until firm, then slice and serve.
