- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease loaf pan(s).
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk. Fold in blueberries.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Layer batter, cream cheese, and batter again. Swirl gently.
- Bake until set. Cool slightly before slicing.
