Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease loaf pan(s).
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Layer batter, cream cheese, and batter again. Swirl gently.
  7. Bake until set. Cool slightly before slicing.
