Method
- Grate cheese and slice tomatoes. Pat tomatoes dry.
- Layer cheese, tomatoes, Worcestershire, pepper, and remaining cheese between bread slices.
- Spread butter or mayo on the outside of bread.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden on both sides and cheese is melted.
- Rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
