Ingredients
  

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, undrained and divided
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 tub whipped topping, thawed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and water until smooth. Fold in one can of mandarin oranges.
  3. Bake for 30–35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
  4. Mix pudding mix with crushed pineapple. Fold in whipped topping until smooth.
  5. Spread frosting over cooled cake and garnish with remaining mandarin oranges.
  6. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
