Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, butter, and salt until crumbly. Press into pan and bake 15–18 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Whisk eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir in pecans.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake 25–30 minutes until set with slight jiggle.
  5. Cool completely, then cut into bars.
