Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced ¼ inch rounds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • cup parmesan, freshly grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • optional red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Slice potatoes and soak in cold salted water for 20 minutes. Agitate and drain, then pat dry.
  2. Toss dried potatoes with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, and cornstarch.
  3. Preheat air fryer. Arrange potatoes in a single layer and air-fry at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  4. Flip and rotate basket. Cook an additional 6 minutes until golden and crisp.
  5. Rest for 1 minute in basket. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley. Optional: red pepper flakes.
  6. Serve immediately as a snack or side dish.

Notes

Soak potato slices in salted water to remove starch. Pat completely dry and coat with cornstarch for maximum crispiness.
