Method
- Mix mayo, Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth and chill 5 minutes.
- Toss chicken tenders in flour. Dip into mayo mixture and shake off excess. Press firmly into crushed Ritz crackers for double-layer coating.
- Chill coated tenders 5 minutes on a parchment-lined tray.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake tenders 12 minutes, spritz with oil, bake 3–5 more minutes until golden and cooked to 160°F.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving. Optional: sprinkle smoked paprika, fresh dill, or crumbled bacon with hot honey drizzle.
