- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line with parchment.
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and chopped pecans.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, honey, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold wet ingredients into dry mixture until just combined. Add blended corn if using.
- Pour batter into pan and bake 50–55 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 15–20 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
