- Pat the pork shoulder dry with paper towels.
- Rub Hawaiian sea salt all over the pork.
- Pour liquid smoke over the pork and rub in gently.
- Place the pork in a slow cooker and cover with the lid.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours until the pork is tender.
- Remove pork and shred using two forks.
- Mix shredded pork back into the slow cooker juices and serve.
