- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until fully browned.
- Season meat with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then stir in marinara sauce.
- Unroll crescent rolls and press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spread softened cream cheese evenly over the crescent roll layer.
- Pour cooked meat mixture over cream cheese, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10-15 more minutes until cheese is golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
