Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups stuffing
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, stuffing, shredded turkey, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into 1½-inch balls using a spoon or cookie scoop.
  4. Roll each ball lightly in bread crumbs to coat evenly.
  5. Place balls on prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  7. Optional: Air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes for extra crispiness.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
