  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.

  5. Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper and let set.
