Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- Steam cauliflower 5–7 minutes until just tender. Drain well.
- Whisk heavy cream, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in cheddar and mozzarella.
- Spread cauliflower in dish and pour custard mixture over.
- Dot with butter and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Rest 10 minutes before serving.
