Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp green onions or chives, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Place softened cream cheese in a bowl and add cheddar, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Chill the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes if too soft.
  4. Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
  5. Roll in optional toppings if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
