Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup soft caramels, unwrapped
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • sea salt, optional

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Melt caramels with heavy cream over low heat until smooth.
  6. Pour caramel over fudge and gently swirl with a knife.
  7. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt if desired and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.

Notes
