Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp rum extract (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups melted chocolate for dipping

Method
 

  1. Mix pecans, graham crumbs, brown sugar, salt, maple syrup, vanilla, and rum extract to form a dough.
  2. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
  3. Chill 20 minutes to firm.
  4. Dip balls in melted chocolate and place on a lined sheet.
  5. Chill until chocolate sets.
