- Preheat oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Place oyster crackers and pecans in a large bowl. Pour butter mixture over and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes for even coating.
- Remove from oven and cool completely before breaking apart and serving.
