Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 box instant pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in pudding mix.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake 9–11 minutes until edges are set.
