Ingredients
  

  • 12 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken drumsticks and toss to coat. Marinate at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F and arrange drumsticks on a lined baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, then turn drumsticks and baste with marinade.
  5. Bake an additional 20–25 minutes until cooked through and glazed.
  6. Broil briefly if desired, rest, and serve warm.
