Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Arrange chicken breasts in the dish and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix mayonnaise or yogurt with Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread mixture evenly over chicken breasts.
  5. Bake 35–40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and topping is lightly golden.
  6. Rest briefly before serving. Garnish if desired.
