Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press mixture firmly into lined muffin tins and refrigerate.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  4. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream and melted white chocolate into cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pipe or spoon filling over crusts and smooth tops.
  7. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set. Decorate before serving.
