Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 12 oz fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a large baking sheet.
  2. Add sausage, potatoes, and green beans to the pan.

  5. Roast for 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway, until potatoes are tender and golden.
  6. Serve hot with optional toppings if desired.
