Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Place raw shrimp in the slow cooker in an even layer.
  2. Pour melted butter over shrimp and add garlic and lemon juice.
  3. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then stir gently to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 1½–2 hours until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Serve immediately with sauce spooned over the top.
