- Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and stir until sticky. Fold in cheese.
- Cover and let dough rise at room temperature for 12–18 hours until bubbly.
- Turn dough onto floured surface, fold gently, and shape into a round.
- Preheat oven to 450°F with Dutch oven inside.
- Transfer dough into hot Dutch oven, cover, and bake 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes until golden and crusty.
