Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb imitation crab meat or lump crab meat, chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red or green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Chop crab meat and finely chop celery and onion.
  2. In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add crab meat, celery, onion, and herbs. Gently fold to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
