A quick and flavorful Korean-inspired dinner with tender beef and vegetables roasted together on one sheet pan.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye, sirloin, or flank)
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or mirin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers or carrots

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, vinegar, and pepper.
  3. Add sliced beef to marinade and toss to coat.
  4. Spread beef on sheet pan and add vegetables.
  5. Roast until beef is cooked and caramelized, stirring once halfway.
