Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz halloumi cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges

Method
 

  1. Remove halloumi from package, pat dry, and slice into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add halloumi slices in a single layer and cook until golden, about 2–3 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer to a plate and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
