Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 lemon zest (optional)

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Add lemon juice, lemonade concentrate, and lemon zest if using. Mix well.
  4. Fold in whipped topping until light and smooth.
  5. Pour filling into crust and refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.
