Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Heat water and butter until melted. Stir in flour and salt until dough forms.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth and glossy.
  3. Bake pastry balls at 400°F until puffed and golden. Cool completely.
  4. Cook berries with sugar and lemon juice until slightly thickened. Cool.
  5. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in cream cheese and berries.
  6. Fill pastry balls and garnish as desired.
