- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
- Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft and fragrant.
- Combine chicken, rice, broccoli, and onion mixture in a large bowl.
- Whisk soup, milk or broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir into the mixture with half the cheese.
- Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
