Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup milk or chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft and fragrant.
  3. Combine chicken, rice, broccoli, and onion mixture in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk soup, milk or broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir into the mixture with half the cheese.
  5. Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
