Ingredients
  

  • 500 g boneless chicken breast, diced
  • 300 g boneless chicken thigh, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 0.67 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 stalks celery, diced

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and granulated onion, and cook until fully cooked.
  3. Remove chicken from heat and allow it to cool completely.
  4. Transfer cooled chicken to a bowl and add celery and mayonnaise.
  5. Stir gently until combined, adjust seasoning, and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
